Functional Test 1

Messy process → clean ClickUp workflow

Scenario: EcoSave receives home services leads from several places: website forms, phone calls, referrals, sales reps, and internal follow-ups. Information is often incomplete. Some leads need HVAC, some insulation, some solar, and some are not a fit. Tasks get lost when nobody owns the next step.
Task: Design a ClickUp workflow for this from scratch. Include: spaces/folders/lists, statuses, custom fields, automations, dashboards/views, Gantt charts/timelines/dependencies, templates/checklists, owner handoffs, what happens when information is missing, how managers can see bottlenecks, dependencies, timelines, and schedule risk, and how you would integrate this with Google Workspace, Slack/Discord, Zapier/Make, CRM/email, and AI for intake cleanup, summarization, lead routing, or follow-up drafting. Be specific enough that another person could build it. We are looking for creative, original design — not a generic template.
Functional Test 2

Operations triage + dashboard simulation

Scenario: It is Monday morning. Five issues hit at once: (1) three customer follow-ups are overdue, (2) a sales rep says a lead was never assigned, (3) an installation task is marked done but photos are missing, (4) finance needs invoice backup by Friday, and (5) Michael wants a dashboard showing what is stuck by owner.
Task: Explain exactly how you would triage this in ClickUp. What gets fixed first? What statuses/custom fields/automations/views would you add? What dashboard and/or Gantt chart would you build? What Slack/Discord/team update would you send? What would you check the next day? Where could AI or automation prevent this fire drill from recurring?

Clear writing is part of the job

We need excellent written English because this role touches owners, managers, and cross-functional teams. Polished nonsense loses. Clear, specific, useful writing wins.
Writing sample: Write a short team update for Michael after you cleaned up the Monday issues above. It should be concise, direct, and useful. Include what changed, what is blocked, who owns the next step, and when you will follow up.
